Locking Arms Retreat December 1st-3rd at Promise Camp in Pittsburgh

Come join us for a powerful weekend of fellowship, worship and spiritual recharging for the Christmas season. Our faithful band of brothers will be joining us to lead 5 sessions from Friday night at 7pm to Sunday morning wrap up at 11am. Stu Hayes and his Locking Arms band will be leading worship for us. Our speakers include: Milton Raiford (Elder at Petra Ministries), Jon Kolb (Steelers SB Champ-Director Adventures in Training with a Purpose, see adventurestraining.org ), Chris Buda (Pittsburgh Experiment Director), and Mike Pierson (Locking Arms staff member) on Sunday morning.

Our retreat theme is “The Blood of Christ Speaks”. The blood of Jesus cross means the cleansing of all our sin. It means the lifting of all of our shame and guilt. The blood means we are part of a powerful brotherhood that overcomes all division, classism and  racism. The blood of Jesus also means that we have boldness in approaching our holy Father in prayer as “sons” of God.

Our verse: “Therefore, brothers since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus..let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings..” Hebrews 10:19-21

The cost for two nights lodging, five meals, and a Locking Arms Dry Fit T-shirt is $150. The cost for one night’s lodging, four meals and a shirt is $120. Saturday “day only” retreat goers experience 3 main sessions, breakout session, 3 meals and a shirt for $75. Sons are $75 for both nights and mentees accompanied by their mentors fly free. Scholarships are available. Overnight lodging space is limited so make sure to register early!
